Donna the on site storage manager is very professional and accommodating. Safe location, good price, everything was perfect.

This is the second time we've needed a storage unit and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Donna is friendly and knowledgable. The units are clean and well kept and they even provide a hand cart for use on the premises which was a HUGE help since my husband works so much and it allowed me to bring things by on my own.

Utilizing my cellphone, I have been unable to get access to your website to make a payment -kept kicking back an error message. I go on a PC and I had to re-register account. When I go to make a payment - I am locked into an additional fee. I am unable to dispute added fee or talk to anyone because the office closes at 6pm - before I get off work. Can't speak to anyone until Tuesday. Please call me about my issue. I can not give a positive rating with this outstanding problem. I feel hijacked.

The best thing was that I got the unit I wanted without any hassle very quickly and professionally.

The place was conveniently located. As soon as I got there the manager sat down with me, explained things clearly and had me out the door in a short period of time. The unit was clean, well-lit and had great "climate control." While my stuff was being stored, I sat inside because it was so hot outside. Overall, a great experience!

They were very accomodating as we were trying to figure out how much space my son needed for his college items and agreed to hold this last unit till he had time to go over and physically look at the size. I was very appreciative.

I chose this facility due to its close proximity to me however, after taking a short tour of the building, storage units and property I was impressed enough with the clean, well-lit premises and the friendly manager on staff that I would have driven even farther to use this facility. I feel fortunate to have it so conveniently located and would not hesitate to recommend this storage facility to anyone.

Everything was great we contacted the facility on a day that it was closed and still received a call back the same day. The representative was quick and efficient and also had a contract to us with directions on the facility the same day.

I had no problems with renting and using our storage facility here. The lady who ran the place was vey nice.

Donna is a pleasure to do business with, very helpful and efficient. The storage units are clean and well lit and very secure. The flatbed Donna provided to help us move our stuff from the car to the unit was a HUGE help and made the whole process much easier and much less stressful. I'm glad we found this place and if we have need for storage in the future we would definitely use them again!!

Donna quickly got our paperwork done, and lent us two flatbed carts. Maneuvering around a huge moving van with our SUV and 6x12 U-Haul cargo trailer delayed us 5 minutes, but we quickly got into the building and into our unit. The air conditioning in the climate control building was wonderful, and putting our items in the vestibule, and then moving them down in the carts made moving on a hot day much easier. I highly recommend this facility.

Donna is great. She will definitely take care of you and work with you and your move-in needs. Its a gated storage unit facility that appears to be well maintained.

Pleasant staff, reasonable price, clean environment, somewhat difficult to maneuver a truck (but this may be common). Happy customer.
