Great place. No issue. Clean. Convenient.

I'm pleased with the space and unit. I am quite concerned that there appears to be someone living in a unit on the second floor and runs an extention cord out of the unit and into the stairwell. I noticed this yesterday morning and also again this morning. This concerns me over safety and security of people's possessions and the health and safety of this individual.

Highly recommended. On site manager did an amazing job and helped me out so much.

The staff encounter was amazing. she was very professional and helpful and showed us the different . units and was helpful with my trying to choose the right size unit for the stuff I had. She showed me several units to look at even though I had already reserved one and she took the time to do this even though she was the only staff there. The units were clean and seemed to be well maintained.

We were attended to very professionally and the girl running the office was so nice about showing us the different storage units and putting up with me changing my mind about which one I wanted.

Jessica was helpful and through with the facility walk thru.

James was the best working with me on the unit and scheduling my move in! Great customer service, location and value!

The entire move in process was simple and quick. Customer service was very helpful.

The whole process was simple and everything was taken care of quickly.

First time renting a storage unit and the staff were very helpful in making sure I requested the correct size unit as well as helping me rent a U-Haul for my belongings. The facility might not look the greatest on the outside, but the inside is spotless, and has great climate control. As they say, donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t judge a book by its cover and miss out on this opportunity!

Nice place. Easy to access and the facility is all indoors and nice and clean. Staff has been super friendly, too.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. I didn't realize they closed @ 5:30pm when I showed up at 5:15. They gladly stayed to help me get situated and even gave me a discount on some moving supplies I needed. (Even cheaper than equivalent products on Amazon). Unit is very clean and the process was painless. Highly recommend.

Found the facility via SpareFoot, called and was able to reserve the spot (they only had one outdoor parking spot available) quickly and easily. Then a few days later we went to the facility and signed the agreement and paid the service fee and first month's rent. We have 24x7 access so we can drop off and pick up our truck whenever we need to. Both gentlemen we worked with (one on the phone and the other in person) were very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Painless process, and the integration between sparefoot and storage king was seamless. I got an outdoor vehicle storage spot on a gated lot for an excellent monthly rate. And the staff were friendly and helpful.

Although it took some time because there was only one computer to do the paperwork once they started working on my paperwork it was explained fully and in a timely manner and were helpful in accommodating with answers to any future questions

not enough entry every one bumping into each other space is tight for get item into bay door .needs more parking and entry doors.also not a fan of forced insurance on item stored

I shopped around for 10' x 10' units in the Raleigh area and couldn't find a better price. This facility also provides climate control and secure access, which most places charged extra for units with that.

Everything was handled very professional. Very clean facility.
