This was one of the nicest offices I ever went into for a storage facility. Renee was very professional, but also very friendly and we had an absolutely awesome awesome conversation as she reviewed the terms for the storage facility. This is not my first time storing with AAA, but this experience was above par. Thank you so much facility was beautiful nice and clean and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m looking forward to working with you. !

I walked in after reserving online. I realized that I chose a too small unit and the clerk was patient and rectified the situation instantly by upgrading me to a larger unit. I caused her to stay a bit beyond her end of the day and I apologized, but she was quite friendly and understanding, helping me to feel less guilty.

My sons and I had 48 hours to get our 2700 square foot home into storage. The staff at AAA Self- storage in Browns Summit met our needs immediately! We were provided a moving truck on site and we're able to complete the task that we thought was going to be impossible. Clean, courteous, helpful and well set-up facility. I would recommend the storage site to everyone!

Brown Summit AAA self storage is close to my home, Management made the process easy & she was very helpful in selection of the correct size unit for my needs! She was also very clear in reading, explaining rules for myself. Also answered all questions I asked so that clearly understood. This is the 1st storage unit I have ever rented & it was a positive experience!

On the 18th I scheduled to pick up the truck on the 25th in the morning and was told that I could have the truck as long as I wanted as long as it was back on the lot before 4pm. When I arrived at 9:30 am on the 25th I found that the truck had been double booked and I wasn't going to be able to pick it up until after 1pm. I believe there should have been a first come first serve policy enforced considering I book my reservation a week in advance and the woman who got my truck only reserved it 3 days ago and hadn't even had any of her paperwork filled out when I got there. Mine was filled out on the 18th to save time this morning.
