The reservation and access to unit was very easy.

The gate code would not work, contacted office, they could not find reservation. I told them I had already paid. It was finally blamed on a computer error. But very inconvient making my family and grandkids late for Thankgiving Dinner. They had brought a load up to place in storage since coming to town for Thanksgiving.
