My experience with our local Public Storage was excellent. From the phone call reserving my unit to the face to face (or mask to mask) with Donna in person was a very cordial, welcoming and professional experience. The location of the unit was easily accessible and I feel our possessions are in a safe place.

Overall decent storage facility with competitive pricing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Gates provide security well enough. the only thing I dont like is closing the facility at 9pm. I would like later access or around the clock access to my storage unit like i would have at a non-gated one.
