This facility is 100% automated, so there is no one on-site if you have any problems. If you call their customer service line, you get an AI chat agent that you are forced to talk to and learn how to communicate with. To be fair, the AI assistant can be somewhat helpful for basic things like getting your gate code and opening the gate. However, if you have any problems beyond that, good luck. I was unable to get into the facility because the paperwork that was sent to me sent me a gate code that was one digit too long. It took me 15 minutes to reach a human so they can figure it out. The facility is somewhat clean with the exception of the occasional debris found throughout the grounds. There are no carts leaving you with no choice but to carry each box individually or invest in your own cart/dolly. It seems crazy that all the other storage facilities in Rocky Mount, including 10 Federal Storage's sister facility Carolina Secure Storage, provide a cart for you to use (and their monthly rent is much cheaper!)

Everything was done easily online and the storage was secure promptly. I was very impressed how I was able to get in and out the area .

Contacted customer service through chat to get my gate code. They responded quickly and gave me the information I needed immediately. I loved that because I was moving my things into storage late and it made the mess of everything so easy. Thank you !

I have two units with you all. Its clean I haven't seen any bugs or trash, quiet, and I don't get the creeps when I go in at night alone. The price is a bit higher than I would like. But I also understand the cost effective everything has gone up. You pay for what you get.

I liked that I was able to handle everything remotely, though the online form is pretty wonky—getting the cursor into some of the fields can be a challenge. Insurance is reasonable, everything inside is new and clean, access is easy, and a guard has been on duty whenever I’ve been there late. (Note: I rated customer as helpful, though I haven’t interacted with a person (a plus)—there is no NA option.)

It is pretty good I would recommend that they should have some dollies or a utility cart and the should be able to stay open without putting a code in every time you go in and out.

I have rented other storage units in the past. In comparison, this price is exceptional and the storage facility is very clean. The entire process is exceptional. From the security and the way of accessing the facility, and all the way down to the units having an overlock supplied by the company. I had immediate assistance when I ran into a snag, and was taken care of by the call center. I am looking forward to my experience with this company in the future.

On move in day I was notified via email that my unit was leaking. I was already moving in. Long story, and several emails later, I was offered a new unit but just paid a moving company to get me there I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have the money to pay them again!

Surprised that registration could be by cell phone! Agent walked me through the process and helped me pay and gain entrance quickly.All the facilities are like-new. The security is thorough and easy to navigate. The storage building is well-lighted inside, very clean and access is uninhibited. Very pleased with the experience so far and the service is highly recommended.
