I am not very happy with the storage unit. They gave me it was not clean plus I asked for an inside storage unit. There was nobody there when I checked in. I did talk to somebody over the phone, which is something that I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t expecting. Now I have to make sure That no bugs or insects are in my paperwork and in my suitcases and whether or not I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get any water damage. If it rains I am concerned about getting spiders and whatever.

Everything about this storage facility is simplicity in itself. The units are strongly built and extremely well maintained, very clean. Accessibility to my unit is very convenient and the facility provides ample space for all of my storage needs, as well as wide lanes of space to maneuver any sized hauling vehicle or truck to unpack or load up very quickly, or take as much time as necessary to complete the task at hand. I truly am a very satisfied customer!

The only reason that I gave it a 3 1/2 Star is because of the lanes and difficulity getting in and out. Several pwople were parked at their storage who didn't want to move which in return caused us to have to wait, waste time and overall lose money.

I was able to find the information I needed online ahead of time. Once contact was made the process was simple and direct. There was only one person working at the time and he was a friendly fellow, showed me around & got my paperwork in order and it was complete just like that.
