I think I’ve misplaced one of my bags but nothing to do with the storage unit itself

After looking for a storage unit in northern NC, I came across a promotion on Sparefoot for this facility. I contacted TriStar and spoke to the manager who was very descriptive about the exterior (construction on the road) and what the facility offered. It is a non-descript building with a rusty old water tower next to it. It does look a bit dated on the outside BUT once inside, you see a clean and temperature controlled warehouse with individual units holding clients' personal effects. Secure, clean, and out of the elements.

Easy to apply. Nice place to keep your things at.

The person I spoke with was very kind and generous. He made sure all questions were answer. He went over all paperwork so that we had a clear understanding.

Mr. James was amazing from the time I called to inquire, to choosing the right size down to making sure it was a unit that I could easily access with having a chronic illness. Mr. James made my process easy as pie I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends !!!!
