Rachel was absolutely great. Very thorough and knowledgeable.

The unit is a 5'x5'. Enough space for what I needed. Don't believe it if you move in during a $1 a month promo. You'll pay the entire month upfront and they will prorate the next month. So I was told by the property manager the day I moved in.

There was no one on property to answer my questions.

The customer service was great when I had to change storage units

Found the facility and unit without any difficulty. Only setback was that my gate code did not work nor did the app

Overall it's been a good experience. Customer service was a little meh but the storage facility is nice and they have a good selection of different size units.

I needed a storage facility for over the holidays to store my truck so I could use my garage for other things during Christmas. I called several storage facilities close to home but none were large enough for my truck. My brother-in-law recommended Public Storage, so I called the toll free number and the gentleman told me they had one large enough for my truck and they had a special, $1.00 for the first month plus $24.00 move in fee. When I got to the Public Storage Facility in Salisbury, NC, this wasn't the price at all. I paid $197.00 with $24.00 move in fee for a 15X20 space with the second month free. Other than that the employees were knowledgeable and the space is clean. I don't need the second month because I will be moving out by the first of the new year. Thank You.

Staff is friendly and helpful informative and unit is acceptable however the bathroom is horrible and I have had to ask for toilet paper paper towels and soap to wash my hands every time and all I am ever given handed out to me not installed by employee is toilet paper and each time no other customers in the office and on occasion more than one employee all that's said is oops I forgot to do that thank you and I am handed a roll I wish I could include the pictures I took

So easy! Did most everything on line, then went to office to complete. Everything was ready when we got there, and move-in was a breeze. Pleasant staff, very efficient, secure grounds, clean units. What more could you ask?

Everything was good besides being quoted $79 plus tax and actually having to pay $125. I budgeted for $79, because that's what I was told. I would've given 5 stars if it's wasnt for that.

Love this place!! Staff are warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable about prices and different size units to best accommodate your needs. Dealt with a lady with cute natural twist and she was more than helpful with me purchasing a unit.

I love the staff Darius and Markeisha was the best although I wasn't able to get the storage i need because all their big units that i need was all ready being rented... I was able to get some good deals on boxes thanks to them

Very helpful when you need non-permanent space. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the driveways need to be kept cleaner. I got a big bolt in my tire on the third visit.

Public storage has great customer service and low rates. Be careful with large trucks when loading and unloading your items.

I love being able to keep extra furniture, teaching supplies, and other miscellaneous items in storage while we decide what to do with them. They are not taking up space in the garage or jammed into a closet.
