Tiffany is a very friendly, nice and a helpful person. She showed me the unit, it was to small, she showed me the next size up and was good.

My only ding against Elite Storage on Douglas is that the only available unit, in the size we needed, is pie shaped. I would recommend to anyone to store their items there. They even have climate-controlled storage units. All units are within a secure, gated, and paved piece of property. I've rented from many different places and even though we didn't get a square unit, I would recommend this storage facility. Rhonda is great and helpful. There is someone who lives on the property as well. It's well lit. Now, we just have to start changing facilities.

I enjoy going to the unit. Lady there is friendly and professional. I look forward to saying "hi" to her every time. Area is beautiful,clean, and well kept. Thank you
