From the initial phone call inquiry where I spoke with Geisel to the intake with Tyler, the customer service was exceptional.

They had us on a site that was already taken. We put it on a site that was available and had to deal with a call center since there was no one on site. There isn't any gate code since they are not gated. It feels unsafe to me.
