Shawn was fantastic. He contacted me immediately telling me he was at another location and to please go online to finish my paperwork. That process went so smoothly. To come to find out we ended up not needing the storage unit not only was the cancellation process easy but they refunded me immediately. I would recommend this storage place to everyone! They aim to please!!

I messed up my planning and needed a large storage unit quickly. Contacting Helen, she was able to set everything up when I stopped for breaks on my 12 hour drive with a 16' enclosed trailer. She and her staff stayed until after 10 pm to make sure I got all my stuff unloaded and everything set up. This kind of customer service doesn't exist anymore. I can't thank Helen and her staff enough for their help.
