I found Public Storage to be very clean and we'll lit with convenient accessible hours. The coded security gate puts me at ease knowing my stored items are safe. Mr. Michael Patterson was very customer service oriented, helpful and explained everything clearly.

Great Staff but Hidden Costs: The manager was one of the kindest and most helpful people I've worked with. He understood the contract, walked me through it, provided me with everything I need, and explained everything clearly. However, there are a lot of upfront costs that are not obvious from the website. You pay for the key ($20), insurance is required (through them or through a private provider), and there is a one-time administration fee ($25). So, at the end of the day, you're paying for a lot more than just the monthly rate (even with the $1 special).

Everything was overall excellent - local staff are great, pricing is fair, feel like my belongings are secure. Had no issues so far with any moisture or mold/mildew. The only reason I remove a star is that I really wish there was a Waiting List concept on units of certain sizes.

From start to finish, Michael was great at communications, setting up our account, providing a good storage unit, and going through all the details. Make sure you check the online price of the size storage unit you want the day you check-in to get the best price, which Michael honored. The facility is large enough to fit at least a 26ft moving truck right up to your unit. Awesome, clean and convenient place.

The person on the phone and the lady in the office at the site were great. Helped find what we needed with no pressure. Only downside was the mountain of paperwork that is part of "the process" and was surprised at having to buy a new lock.

The process is so easy..you can complete the reservation online and go in to fill paper work out. They are even open on the weekend.

If you're looking for storage solutions in Wake Forest I highly recommend Public Storage on Stickman. The manager is honest, prompt and dependable. The facility is secure,clean and well maintained.

I am satisfied with my experience with Public Storage. Michael, the manager, is very nice, professional, accomodating, and thorough. Be advised though, I had a very large piece of furniture and needed a roll up door to get into the unit. It is not temp controlled. Check with the manager. The rates are very reasonable, too.

This faciilty is fabulous. Clean conditions, clean site. Michael is the greatest to work with. Great staff. Would not go to another site.
