I believe that efforts were made to help me to have a good experience. It helped me to see that a person made a mistake and admitted it. That alone helped me to respect her. It's not common to see that take place in today's world. Katlyn represented the company well and I the customer wasn't left hanging through no fault of mine.

Came in two days early and due to the storm, the internet was down. However, they were already prepared and had printed out my reservation before it went out, and I was able to get into my unit when I needed to. The location is prime and even going there early in the morning and at night I feel safe. Definitely would recommend.

Stopped in for a few boxes and randy helped Me out. I ended up with 30 and a great discount. If you need any advise, see him. Great customer Service. Randy was great and answered all my questions. I typically hate having to store my stuff but at least here it was as easy as it can be and quick!!

The facility is great. Good placement and personalized entry codes. I signed up online and everything went smoothly. The advertised rates don't include extra costs like their required insurance policy, the initial clerical costs, and the lock on the unit.

Great customer service. Clean storage units and easy to maneuver throughout the lot. The hours you're able to access your belongings are nice too. Well lit lot and good security fence.

Great customer service, clean and well lit. We got a large space for a great price and we only need it for a short time and were pleased that there was no time commitment. Its all month-to-month. You can't choose your gate code so we have to carry around the card because I can't possibly remember one more number. And gate access ends at 9PM-but we're not going to suddenly need to put stuff in our space at MN. Just saying tho for those who require 24/7 access. Fits our needs right now just fine.

Going through the craziness of selling my home, moving into temporary housing, while working with a builder on our new home is daunting. Public Storage's easy online reservation and account creation took only minutes and when I showed up at the site everything was ready and delivered in an extremely efficient and professional manner. One less thing I had to spend time thinking about. Thank you Public Storage!
