Jay the manager, and his assistance Michelle were very personable and helpful. Jay was well informed and thoroughly explained Go Store Its rental policies, He showed me how to correctly use the key pad code and drove me to my unit showing me how to open, shut and lock the door. I was very pleased with the service.

I'm a UNCW student and this is a great place to store my non-essentials for the summer. Its close to campus and has enough room for all my items as well as my roomate's (we got the 10x10). Moving is was quick and easy.
