There's just too many hidden fees and you pay too much for this "insurance"! You have to use their lock and pay $5.99 and look for it, ahead and fee they do not tell you about in the beginning.

Overall a great experience and good value. Of note, if at the Castle Hayne, NC location make sure you find out whether or not your unit is at the main location or the annex, as this will cost you some time driving around if you aren't made aware! Every employee I interacted with was kind and incredibly helpful. Overall, would recommend and would rent from them again!

It only took about 15 minutes to do the paperwork and get my unit. Everything was very clean. Including a bathroom that was available to the public. There were also 3 carts to help people move their things in and out.

This place is far by the best place to go if you need to store anything. They are very fast and easy to set up with. Very reasonable price for the sizes of the units. They offer climate control units if you need it as well. Easy access to get to your units as well. 100 percent recommend to go with them.

I had no problems moving in there is an virtual assistant there so if any problems come up you can get answers right away
