The pricing was clear, the unit was clean and available. The paperwork was as expected and dealt with quickly. It is great to have the extra space, since our condo space is very limited.

I started there when it was Budget Storage because their prices were incredible. My rent started around $100 when it was Budget but now my rent is $160, which is quite a lot for me. I was upset when I received the last increase going from $130 to $160. I'm a single mom of 2 young boys and due to covid, I have lost my job so that increase hit me hard. This facility is very clean and I always feel safe there. The few times I've spoken with someone, they have been helpful and kind. Midgards starting rates are impressive and seem to be less than what I'm paying now. When the payment gets auto drafted it can really affect my account and it seems unfair to get a notice one day and then a week or so later the new amount is drafted out and if you've not given 30 days written notice. You have no choice in the matter. It's just very frustrating and it seems unfair that all Storage facilities are able to do this. Even so, I would still recommend this facility to friends and family because it is top notch but for my situation I just can't afford to keep getting increase after increase. Why even sign a contract at all because it won't stay at that price for more than a year if you're lucky. The reason I think the reviews are so different is for the ones that started renting when it was Budget, the price was right, but once it changed hands we've seen nothing but price increases, and the people who started when it was Midgard are happy because they signed the contract at a price they were happy with. I wish I had waited until it was Midgard but hindsight is 20/20.

Paperwork was easy and quick, unit is clean and secure. Only wish there were a light inside the unit.

Hannah was awesome- very helpful in getting us set up with the storage space we needed. Our space was immaculate and the entire facility was too. It is a well run storage facility.

AWFUL. When we originally rented a space here it was Budget Storage. They were great. And then Midgard took over and they started raising our rent to pay for the expansion they are undergoing. Then they raised our rent again. And then... they raised our rent again! AND we discovered they had been charging us for their insurance every month, despite the fact that we had homeowners insurance and had provided that info to Budget. When I finally flipped out on them they told me I needed to give 30 days notice before I moved out or I would be charged an extra month. I pitched a fit and they told me that if I moved out that very day I wouldn't be charged an extra month. That was Memorial Day. So that's what my family did on Memorial Day - we rented a truck and moved. Great holiday. Midgard is going to have you over a barrel once you move in. Get ready for highway robbery. Go to All Seasons Storage. Cheaper, nicer, and no extortion.
