Observe my unit online paid the admin fees. Got there. It was way too small so I got the lady out front to give me a new one. I had to lug everything out of the old one to the new one and I couldn’t even do it because it was not a climate control that I said I needed it. Then my code wouldn’t work. I went back in the next day to get it all straightened out. My code still didn’t work. Did you get a new unit still too small for $69 a month? I currently had a unit at Store It which was a 10 x 10 for $75 a month. What you gave me here was a 10 x 5 for basically the same price. I wish I never would’ve changed storage locations.

He unit is clean and the property feels very safe. The unit was dark so we put a bulb in the socket up above. Unfortunately we couldn't find the switch to turn the bulb off. As far as I know the unit is still lit up

The call center and the local office staff have been super helpful especially during this stressful move. The unit is dark so we had to climb onto a piece of furniture to install a bulb. We didn't see a switch to turn the lightbulb off so I'll contact the company. Simple fix

I have a climate controlled unit. It is reasonably priced and perfect for my needs. I reserved my unit online which was easy to do. Stopped by the office to get my gate code and sign final paperwork which only took about 5 minutes. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Staff was great! Doing an online application was quick and easy and when I arrived in person just minutes to complete and unload my goods. Highly recommend it. Facility was very clean, temp control and good lighting even in a 5 x 5 space.

I have a 5x5 climate controlled space; adequate for my needs but the light does not work. Light bulb has been changed but it still does not work thus an electrical issue. Mgmt was aware of this when I moved but has yet to fix it or give me any idea when it will be fixed. It's dark in the space and would be helpful to have a light, and to get a better answer from mgmt when it will be fixed. Otherwise friendly staff and mgmt and nice area.

Adam at the front desk is amazing! Clean facility easy check in process. I was there at night though and there was a homeless guy crouched in the corner of a space and he scared me to death. Other than that great experience!

We needed a storage facility for our newly purchased RV. I called Prime Storage and spoke with Myra. She was awesome!!! I then received a call from Jess, one of the Prime Storage managers. She reviewed my reservation and answered all of my questions. At check-in, I met Jess and she provided great customer service, and even drove me back to my RV so that I could pick-up my bike.

We like the location and price is fair We used to have storage here before but no longer needed it! Now we are moving again and need big storage again so we definitely came back to same place

I have rented storage in several cities. This is by far the nicest yet. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. Most significantly is the overall appearance of the entire site. Landscaping is very professional and attractive. Office area is professional. All drives and alleys are well maintained. Gates are operational (I say this because some sites are horrible about maintenance). Units are clean and interiors are in good order. Ovrral a very good experience.

This location was recommended to me by a friend and I am completely satisfied. It is clean, well maintained, and easy to access. The associates are very friendly and accommodating. I am renting a climate controlled larger unit.

We have been at this facility for over five years. We noticed after the new management took over the level of customer service plunged. Your representatives at our management office don’t have authority to make any decision. The “local” feeling of the office is gone. Office staff revolves with new faces and they don’t have good experience with the business.

Like the facility but still have to use dehumidifiers in my climate controlled space.

I provided a copy of my insurance on the boat I was storing, however it never got added to my file. This resulted in me being charged a separate fee for insurance through the storage provided. I stopped by the property to sort this out multiple times and was told that they would email cooperate and the manager would get back with me. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s been 5 months and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m still waiting.

We have a problem with getting your invoice to my computer. Weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re not sure at which end this issue exists and the staff is working a solution. I do resent the charge you impose for mailed invoices.

Great place! Very clean! Staff is very friendly and professional. When we had our movers come to move our items they informed us that we needed a larger storage unit. It was right at closing time. They staff helped us make the change at the last minute.

I have no complaints other than UPS blocking hallway entrance during Christmas and the gate still not completely repaired. I don’t feel safe “working” in my unit with the gate up. Staff is always pleasant and answers questions in person and in the phone promptly. Didn’t like price increase without any warning. Fortunately company kept my unit at the previous amount.

Asked to move lots because of a tree dropping berrys on my camper roof and they acted like they didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even care at the camper itself is $140,000 camper.

I have use several storage facilities in the past. This one is the cleanest one so far

I have found this storage facility to be convenient. Also, they communicate well with their clients. The facility is clean and I feel my belongings are safe in this facility.

Very happy, my only complaint would be D building's "climate control", it can be very hot and humid in the summer in this building, and the winter can be cold, but not as bad as the summer heat.

Great customer service BUT horrible prices on units & packing supplies. Lock was $15 & she said that was already half price!!!??? Insurance is required, theirs is $13 month for $3,000 in coverage.

When I arrived- the person at the counter was very nice- she tended to my needs and got me all ready to get my unit.

Overall the service has been great. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. The property is always clean. The only negative I have is that when Prime bought out Monkey Junction Storage their prices went up $27 a month. I was not happy with that.

We have used this storage place for a long time. Today we emptied the last things we had stored there ..... all the items we had to store were none the worst for being there. Antiques and family items were safe and well protected. Just a thank you from a former customer.

I have used other storage places before and this one was the best. It's nice and well maintained, very clean, secure, and the staff is really nice. I don't have to worry about my belongings being damaged from a perpetually leaking roof or the doors warped and don't shut right. This place is really nice. For the same cost as other places not nearly as good. I would definitely use this place again.

Wood use them again if I have a need to in the future.

Had a leak in adjacent unit one time and had to go check mine. No adjustment was made to my rent even though I had to come inspect my unit and spent my time doing it. Also my rent keeps rising. It has almost doubled in the years Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been renting there.

Too corporate now, we used to get a phone call when rates were going up or mandatory storage insurance is being applied. Now its all USPS or E-mail. Plus, there is a teenage truck 'garage' operating every night a few down from our unit. Makes parking difficult.

One of the best decisions I have made in a while was picking Prime Storage. Totally amazing customer service! So well kept and clean. All the staff are amazing! From the front desk manager to general manager and even the owners all super to deal with. A real pleasure!!! ( the free month did not hurt either! )

Very nice high end facility. Prices seem competitive. Been using them since 2017 for extra storage after I moved full time into a condo with limited storage. Been through several major storms and so far so good keeping dry and secure.

This Facility Is Very Clean And The Staff Tend To Be Genuinely Friendly. However, In The Past Year My Monthly Rent For Two Units Has Been Bumped Up From $460.00 to $527.00 and Insurance for the Units have went up as well. (Use To Be $7.00, Then $9.00, Then $11.00, And Now Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ $13.00 A Month). Every few months I get an e-mail stating price increase. If they keep doing this they are going to loose business. Right down the street at a different storage facility, the same size unit is only $185.00 instead of $248.00 plus insurance. (The other cheaper storage facility has a waitlist on those units or otherwise I would be over there).

I started out as a 6 month rental and having refurnish 1 and a half homes, I am still there after 4 years. It is a clean, safe and safe place.

Didn't like the rate increase when purchased by new owners. The security gate was damaged and was not repaired for an extended period of time. The opened gate allowed anyone who wanted to drive in anytime day or night. This granted an easier access to units. A gate with a security code, was a deterrent. Was not notified that the security gate was not in service. (extended period of time) A gate with a pin code access was a great bonus to feel like your unit was being protected by having minimal people with access and if something were to take place a record of the pin code access should have been maintained by the office. I have been late a few time with my rent and did receive a nice courtesy call. The recently sprayed surface looks nice.

The parking spaces lot is extremely muddy when raining and your patrons cars and trucks become covered with mudd.This lot needs paved!

The office service is always helpful. The establishment is always clean. I'll feel safe that my belongings are safe with their security measures.
