Prime Storage - Wilmington - N. 23rd Street

Booked through an online service. Went very smoothly. Immediately got an email from Prime Storage providing directions, hours of operation, and price confirmation. Registered with Becky at the front desk. She was very personable and went over the lease and insurance requirements. No surprises. Unit was easy to access and clean. Very satisfied.

The only disadvantage is, every three months they're sending you something in the Email stating that your price is going up. I don't think this is right or fair. Can considering we're all struggling, trying to survive?And wilmington does not have a whole lot of storage in their apartment complexes.So you are forced to get a storage bend, and then they charge you outrageous prices to have it.

Dealt with Professionals. Code did not work so I had to call after hours number. They were able to resolve situation. Space met our needs.

I came in a little early in the middle of a semi-crisis. She let me in and helped me secure a unit and I will forever be grateful.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly; they even set up my lock for me and attached it to my unit! I came at the end of a long day and they were so kind and thoughtful. Excellent facility!

Creeping rates up.... ZERO change to what I get but every couple of months I have to pay more.

I greatly dislike NOT getting a PDF payment receipt in my email. Instead I now get an email link referencing spreadsheet line with information. Also price is too much.

Rented a 10x30 at Prime Storage near the airport. Great location, Hunter is an excellent manager.

I'm disabled so start with that and anxiety, a pandemic and an encroaching. From the moment Hunter picked up the phone and told me I'd called the wrong location it was fabulous! A different yep called to confirm and we did everything over the phone other than dropping off document copies. Fantastic place and people!

The staff are extremely nice and always willing to help. The prices continue to go up, two or three increases in the last 6 months.

Becky and Hunter are an amazing and excellent team. Theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re very straightforward very understanding and very knowledgeable they were very tentative to my needs and weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re extremely helpful I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

The prices are a little high. But everything else is great.

Pay for a conditioned space. Over 90 degrees and above 69% humidity in summer. Complained. Not much done. I have a gauge from work that is accurate and calibrated.

My daughter, her husband and my grandson live there (I used to) & I can get a weather report from your employees or a report after a hurricane or whatever weather comes along--all in all an enjoyable & trustworthy business.relationship.
