During my move in, I noticed I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t receive the combination code for my lock so I called customer service. To my surprise someone answered the phone within a short wait and I was able to unlock my unit. So far so good!!!

I am not a fan actually of this location. There were many times that I came to the facility and the exit gate was open just for anyone to come in. I even got stuck a little in the facility when the exit gate wouldn't open all the way for awhile. No one is available to help when you have questions and it also takes quite some time for a response back via email.

What an awesome idea to use technology and then pass the savings along to the customer. they use tech in s user friendly way to make obtaining and accessing a storage building a hassle free experience.

The floor can use some improvement, and also placing a bathroom in the facility wouldn't be a bad idea either. While people are either moving in or out they can wash their hands before jumping back into their car. Honestly, I have have been to a lot of storage units in the past, Florida, Pennsylvania, New York just to name a few I have not seen one without a bathroom.
