Excellent customer service. I received a call back after leaving a message and when I explained what I needed to store I had reserved the wrong space. The staff was very helpful with upgrading my space and the transfer was super easy.

I have been renting a large storage unit for several years but realized that I needed something much smaller. I made arrangements quickly and made the move to a smaller unit. The property manager was very helpful, respectful, and professional, yet she made it like a family-run business atmosphere. I even got to meet Thor, the cute and sweet little pet dog. I was also able to meet the area manager while I was there. Seems like niceness and competence runs in this company. I would highly recommend this company.

I'm currently renting a 10x10 unit from AAA Storage and unfortunately my unit Resembles a Large Dog Kennel , i was informed of this before my purchase and still there's plenty of Space in the area provided and it is clean , there is security all around. the customer service is Amazing and I would highly Recommend. I just Feel the unit shouldn't cost 70.00 a month for a unit that isn't covered by four walls and if some one really wanted to they Could break in it. literally by Penetrating the Gate!! it should be 50 or 60 bucks a month at least. overall I'm Still Very Satisfied. Oh and they Provided Awesome First Month discounts !!!

I am very pleased with the AAA storage. They are friendly and very helpful. My unit was clean and the property makes me feel safe to leave my belongings.

Easy access, great location and facility, brand new, easy move in

Move in day was a breeze. I forgot my code and ran into the office and they were very helpful to get me in the gate. The unit is brand new so very nice and clean. I love it here.

Though the space is a bit small (I would opt for higher ceilings), it is climate & humidity controlled. Great if you have antique furniture. I cannot say enough about the sweetheart of a manager there, Amanda. My movers were running a tad behind scheduled. Not only being knowledgeable, patient and quick, she also stayed over 45 minutes after the place closed to meet with me. Thank you Amanda! You rock, especially at what you do.

I think the pricing is excellent and love the free move-in truck, but unfortunately my move-in truck was not ready on the date of my move. I called twice and spoke with someone at the site, but was somehow double-booked and I was without a truck on the only day that I was off work and able to move. After about 2 hours, the person onsite was able to find a truck for me in High Point. She was very helpful and did apologize for the inconvenience. Overall, I do like this facility and the pricing is reasonable.

I have been made aware that the current owners are attempting to address all the problems I stated in my earlier review. Know that my first review was based on issues with the previous owner. Truthfully, there have not been any issues with water since they took over. Another issue I had was that they are 40 minutes away from where I live, which is not anything they have control over. As they have reached out about these issues and the issue of temperature in the building, I am upgrading my review of their customer service.

My interior climate controlled units flooded about 4 years ago and I had to throw out and replace at least $3000 worth of items that were covered with mold and or completely ruined. It is always very hot inside the climate controlled building in the summer, and very cold in the winter. A bathroom used to be offered in the climate controlled building, but has been barricaded to be off limits by the new owners. This makes it extremely difficult to stay there going through items or packing and unpacking, as you have to lock everything up and run out to find a bathroom somewhere else. I've found the same size storage units elsewhere, that have a more acceptable temperature in the building and are about half the cost of these units. I would not recommend these. I'd like to know if the first reviewer here remembers the floods they had in there in 2008, where the following morning, the owner was blowing pools of water out the doors with a leaf blower, and if any of their items were damaged. I'm also leaving a lower customer service review, because when the new owners took over, no notice was sent out. I found out by coming by and seeing new people there. Their new policies weren't made clear. Apparently the previous owner didn't keep any records at all, maybe that made it difficult for them.

Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this storage facility.

I've had a unit here for 5 years and the facility is always clean. I have an inside unit and my stuff remains in dust-free condition and has no funny smell. Customer Service is excellent and the location is easy! Highly recommend this facility!
