The property manager was so nice. She took me in last minute on a Saturday and helped me. She was very kind and professional. These are clean units at a good location. I am glad I chose to store my stuff here before my job relocation.

The lady that helped me on Sunday was totally the best I moved from Raleigh to Winston-Salem and I had to put my things in storage until I find an apartment and she was very helpful and doing her job and meeting my needs like she was totally the best I really appreciate her understanding my needs

A little concerned with the fact that Mouse pellets had to be put on the floor. I have clothing and furniture stored there and it may be 6 months before I am able to remove my items and I'm very concerned mice may destroy what is most precise to me

I love this storage facility I have used them many times before. Like the online discounts and the express checkouts it makes so much of an easy process.

Public Storage on Silas Creek Pkway in Winston Salem exceeded all of my needs. Shanice assisted me and she seems like such a great employee. I enjoyed selecting my unit and even filling out the paperwork because she is so nice and personable!

Needed to make some room in the apartment. Loaded up my truck, reserved on-line thirty minutes before they opened. Associate called me five minutes before they opened. I had a storage room in around 15 minutes and was back at home feeling cozy.

I looked at two larger units but refused to rent either because the floor was so nasty. I used Public Storage in 2012 and it was in a much cleaner condition that it is now. I settled for a smaller unit because it was cleaner.

Reserved on line and when went to the office the next day to finish up the paper work. My experience was fast and easy

The temperature is kind of warm in the climate control. Several cameras are disconnected, the front doors don't close all the way, you have to enter your code to get out, security is weak, no sensors on units doors ..

My experience with the on site staff has been excellent, the recommended unit is perfect for what I needed. The only thing is that the price is a bit more than what I wanted to spend.
