The place is old and needs elevator repairs. Also needs some light bulbs replaced. Need to also watch how they present insurance. It's an option not mandatory. Manager is great

As I reviewed on Yelp, I will review on this plstform. I am responsible for the Southeast Region for my company. Let me begin by saying that I have rented a lot of storage units. Public Storage on Country Club Road in Winston-Salem stands out in my mind as one of the best storage rentals I have ever experienced. If you travel as much as I do, you look for consistency in resturants, hotels, and yes...storage rentals. This place is very clean and in a safe location. The manager has always been extremely helpful and she takes great pride in her duties as the manager, and it shows! Thank you Public Storage for such a positive experience.
