Move-in and paperwork was very easy and personnel were very helpful.

I am writing this bad review is that the young lady Heather was very rude. My deceased ex-husband has a storage there that his family asked me to make a payment on since they are not in town. I asked for a receipt since I USDED my cc and she said rudely, I would have to get him from them, as I stated to her, I do not communicate with that person and I need one for my record, very rude and not helpful. Consider taking your items to life storage so much better customer service.

Good company, solid customer service, prices are a bit above other storage units but they reward you for coming back again as a customer.

This is the finest facility in Winston Salem. Have rented over 8 years, no complaints whatsoever.

staff has been good - light in unit is not working and as of last night I discovered rats/mouse in my unit - have not talked with staff about this items as of this writing
