Making the reservation was easy over the phone! Entrance to the establishment was easy. Unit was easy to get to and it was clean!

I needed a place to put my belongings so I looked around at storages and decided to bring my stuff to Bison State Storage because it was enclosed so no one can get in unless they rent there too, it was very nice and clean, the units are organized by A, B, and C units. The best part was how helpful they were in helping me find a unit and explaining things I was confused on. I would recommend this storage unit to anyone who is looking for a storage unit.

Rented for 1 month. Second month, I didn't notify fast enough. So they charged for the full month. Thinking I would at least get partial refund. Was told 10 day notice required. I was out in 3 days. Picture taken like requested. Received NO REFUND. would NOT recommend this storage unit company. Very disappointed.

I called to get a unit. The gentleman was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The staff member was very pleasant, approachable, and accommodating. I was able to complete my paperwork online, which was a straightforward process.

They had some great promotions running that helps you keep more of your money!

The storage unit closes at 10:00 p.m. and the security is okay I haven't noticed any cameras and when I first got there I couldn't get in the gate as it was cold and rainy my code didn't work I had to wait for someone to check the messages it was about 20-30 minutes and all was good

Same as above, exactly what we needed

Super easy to do all online. locking mechanism did need a little DW40 as it was stuck, but otherwise all good.

Very no frills, no lights, drywall walls that are very rough. Wish they had door numbers on the units. Unit is clean but hope I don't get snow in the unit as it's north facing. Not worth the full price they are asking.

Units are conveniently labled and located. My inquiry was responded to nearly immediately, my unit was shoveled and accessible before I moved my stuff in. Great communication and great service! Definitely recommend and will continue use with them!

It was a bit cold but that's to be expected since it's a giant metal building. Great thing was our locker is on the second floor but they have a conveyor belt to help you get stuff up the stairs.

Great price, great area and great space

Only complaint is not knowing how to leave. Made for a rather long tour of the place in the well light night before someone who came into their unit told us how to leave. Yet we had great laughs and saw all storage units that were offered.
