Asphalt in front of my unit is in bad shape. It is a trip hazard right at the front of the unit and most of the units. They require mortgage insurance otherwise they charge you an extra 20 per month for insurance. Then when I provided the mortgage insurance they still over charged me each month. The unit I had did not seal well either and had water damage as well as a lot dirt and dust inside.
