Staff is non existent. Never there in office. When you make an appt they still don’t show up. After MANY attempts someone showed up but couldn’t answer some very basic questions. Said she’d call back next morning to confirm and answer all my questions. But lo and behold I never got a call. It’s a new, clean facility and that’s the only reason we rented there.
