I didn't have any issues getting the locker, and the facility is clean. So far it has been a good experience.

I did not know exactly what day I needed to move into my unit, so I reserved it for the first of the month. I actually needed to move in sooner and was able to change my move in date.

I made a reservation online. When I got the codes and opened the unit, it was not the size that it was listed as. It was smaller and had a 6" step up to get into the storage. I needed a bigger unit and was on the phone for over an hour to get the bigger unit. There was nobody on site when it was suppose to be open and I kept being transferred to the site instead of someone that could help me. The numbers listed where for reservations only so they would not help me. I had to go to a sister facility to get the help that I needed. Then I was given a unit that had someone else's lock on it. This hole situation was a huge mess.

The only thing that could have been done is there was snow in front of the door. That could have been shoveled.

So far it has been a good experience. No issues except I was not told about having to buy rental insurance until I rented the garage.
