I needed a storage unit in a hurry. I knew these were new since I pass the site on my way to and from work every day. I made an appointment but had to arrive earlier than the appointment time and the staff was great! I had a unit within 20 minutes even with the tour. Everything was explained completely to me. No questions unanswered. I was able to move my belongings in that day and had no issues. The unit was super clean as was the whole facility. I also appreciated the available items to purchase on hand so I didn't have to make another stop. I'm also impressed with the price of the unit for as big as it is! Well worth the money! I'm super glad I came here!

There is not good communication between the call center and the actual locations. My reservation was not done right and my 1st floor unit that was shown to me was not the one rented to me. Not very happy, but I did need a storage and your company's price was fair. Thank you.
