Storm damaged my unit in like Feb 2025. I was not notified of the damage. Found damage myself months later. Was told to deal with outside storage insurance company. I did this first as instructed, but that took 5 months to finally settle. It only paid out max of $5k (be careful with these limits). I am trying make contact with management asking for refund on rents paid since storm. They are ignoring me. In short, I have paid $2,500 for storage costs on a unit which the roof fell in on my contents and not getting anywhere with this. Arranging to dispose of "full contents loss" now.

The facility is pretty tight if youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re going to be parking a trailer but easy access in and out.

Just trying to move into the space was a mess. No one returned 2 voice-mails we left. The staff have to walk the entire lot, the new owner took their golf carts away. The lot is huge. The staff couldn't figure out our spot. The spot we are in is too tight and snow packed.

Kaitlin was excellent on initial visit. Came next day to move in at 1pm office door locked. Went around side of building and a different young lady from Fort St facility told me they were closed for lunch and come back in half an hour. What kind of customer service is that? I almost left for another facility. You have a training opportunity. Disappointed roll up inside door wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t stay up. Back to office to find another unit. Did all computer work again for second unit. Disappointed the swing door was not very wide. Back to office for third time. Apparently no other roll up Indoor available so took the low hanging door. Disappointed to find dead ants everywhere along walls. Very concerned about leaving personal belongings getting ant infestation. Seriously considering moving.

After a nightmare experience with a different Public Storage location, we were nervous when we showed up from 7 states away with a 26 foot moving truck. Chris was amazing on the phone beforehand, and Tom was so helpful at check in, even helping when we needed to change our appointment by 2 hours. We have had an excellent experience, the unit is spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the grounds are protected and also very well maintained. We are very pleased!!!

Taking too long to make repairs to the facilities and especially the road bed. Almost impossible to get vehicles in and out. This is after you raised the prices. Staff is friendly and helpful.
