I initially reserved the stall on-line, only to get a $10 increase when I arrived ed to drop off my car……the old bait and switch! Then after several months, the rate was increased considerably without any written notice….I immediately cancelled.

Recently inquired about renting a climate controlled unit to store some furniture. The manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, fully explained all the details, answered all my questions, and I was subsequently able to obtain a unit that day. The manager was extremely pleasant, kind, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the whole process.
