Sabrina, who initially checked me in and set up all my paperwork, was wonderful. When I went back the next day to put the lock on my unit, the empty boxes that I put in were gone. I call it office and a person named Erin told me she had taken them, since she could not find my paperwork. I know this was untrue because I had copies of all my sign paperwork. I do not like people taking my property. The location is somewhat difficult to find the driveways are very uneven and poorly serviced in winter.

The units are outdoors and there was a lot of standing water. It is cheap but I don't think I'll be renting long term. I'm used to Uhaul indoor climate controlled. This is not it...but I needed cheap and available. You must use their locks and you must have insurance! Buyer beware!

Overall a good value for price. Knew and agreed to the $24 administrative fee before signing contract. However, this location requires a specific cylinder lock that they sell for $19.95. I don't recall seeing that anywhere on the website for this location. Had brought my own expensive lock approved at other similar storage units but had to buy theirs at this location.

I wasn't happy when I went to the location and found a lock on my storage unit. It was after hours and there was nothing I could do. I had a full truckload of items that I had to find a way to secure until the next day. I wasn't very happy about this.

My experience was exactly what I needed. I was in and out in 45 min or less which included unloading my stuff. The manager was friendly and helpful. I specifically chose Public storage because they were open for business during the holiday weekend. Without them I would have had to leave all of my personal belongings in my car at the airport for 2 weeks until I returned from business trip. Only criticism is that this property looks a bit run down and doesnt look as nice as most of the public storage properties I have seen in the past, but they were there when I needed them most.
