Don’t like being forced to get their insurance don’t like that I am forced to use their locks don’t like that there’s no one ever in the office if I needed supplies our support there is no one in the office,I don’t know if all locations are like this was not allowed to see unit before renting because no one was there. Took the unit because it was the most convenient

Sabrina, who initially checked me in and set up all my paperwork, was wonderful. When I went back the next day to put the lock on my unit, the empty boxes that I put in were gone. I call it office and a person named Erin told me she had taken them, since she could not find my paperwork. I know this was untrue because I had copies of all my sign paperwork. I do not like people taking my property. The location is somewhat difficult to find the driveways are very uneven and poorly serviced in winter.

Needed new management last guy didn't complete transfer

The units are outdoors and there was a lot of standing water. It is cheap but I don't think I'll be renting long term. I'm used to Uhaul indoor climate controlled. This is not it...but I needed cheap and available. You must use their locks and you must have insurance! Buyer beware!

Staff was very helpfully and Convenient location. Facility was clean and felt like our stuff would be stored safely. Havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t had any problems

Overall a good value for price. Knew and agreed to the $24 administrative fee before signing contract. However, this location requires a specific cylinder lock that they sell for $19.95. I don't recall seeing that anywhere on the website for this location. Had brought my own expensive lock approved at other similar storage units but had to buy theirs at this location.

Great service and clean units

I wasn't happy when I went to the location and found a lock on my storage unit. It was after hours and there was nothing I could do. I had a full truckload of items that I had to find a way to secure until the next day. I wasn't very happy about this.

Because u guys say one price but at the end u guys charge another.

Public storage is amazing and great for storage needs

My experience was exactly what I needed. I was in and out in 45 min or less which included unloading my stuff. The manager was friendly and helpful. I specifically chose Public storage because they were open for business during the holiday weekend. Without them I would have had to leave all of my personal belongings in my car at the airport for 2 weeks until I returned from business trip. Only criticism is that this property looks a bit run down and doesnt look as nice as most of the public storage properties I have seen in the past, but they were there when I needed them most.

Got my storage quick and easy and paid half of what other storage places charged.

It is conveniently located for me, affordable and Larry was most helpful in trying to help me deside what size unit I should get. Thank You Larry.

Larry was very informative in answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. My unit was very clean.
