They moved me in the day after a huge storm when the manager couldn't make it in and went out of their way to make sure my moving day was as scheduled. Very imoressed

When I was scheduled to move in we had a tornado come through the city and the manager on duty wasn't able to come in. However, over the phone, they were able to get me checked and to my unit, saving me from a disaster on moving day. I came back the next day to sign the paperwork.

I don't usually like storage facilities, because of their locations and the people who are in charge of the facilities don't seem to be 'people friendly'. But after searching online and finding South Pacific Storage on Giles, they have changed my view on Storage Facilities. I will definitely be recommending this storage facility to anyone who is interested in renting one.
