My husband and I drove over 1700 miles - from WA to NE in 1 day to move our belongings to a new storage unit. We didn't properly think the trip through and ended up in a tough spot over Memorial Day Weekend. Our ETA was 45 minutes after they closed for the next 2 days. We pushed it as hard as we could to get there as quick as we could. Mario, the location manager was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us. He wait there at the office for us. I would absolutely recommend this storagemart location to anyone in NE who is looking for one. Mario's customer service and thoughtfulness for us went above and beyond and I could not be more thankful for him. I'm so glad I picked this location over anywhere else. Thank you again Mario! Your hard work does not go unnoticed.

Aaron was very helpful and detailed with explaining everything about the unit and the contract. They had a unit that fit my needs and was at a decent price. The location is a little bit of a "hole in the wall" but not hard to find.
