Storage unit was easy to rent and the special advertised price was honored. Would recommend. Unit appears to be old (door sticks) but in good enough condition to do the job. I do wish they would fix the leaned-over code keypad stand, it's hard to reach from the car when exiting 😆.

Got a 10x30 for the best price in town. Property and unit clean and tidy. Service was good and no complaints all around.

The only real issues I did find was the unit had all kinds of dirt and leaves. But it outside facing unit. So that may have something to do with it. But on the other hand, it is climate controlled so I would think it wouldn't' have issues with debris blowing in. ALSO, needs a string/rope re strung. I am short and can't reach the little piece that is there. A very small piece that I could reach was broke off like nothing making it even more difficult to reach. Please replace fragile and broken ropes in units. Would be a good idea to just go around and yank on them or see if they are broken. Sher Madison

i just moved my stuff in this facility, as of now it is very clean and the manager is very cooperative and friendly.

I had signed up for a 10 x 10 unit but when I got there clearly I needed a 10 x15 one. I rented at the 156th and Sapp Brothers Dr. site in Omaha. The on-site manager was wonderful, making the process a great experience. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Out of the overwhelming amount of self storage places in Omaha Ne Storagemart had the best monthly price as well as a fantastic move in special!

I needed to find an afordable place to store my stuff at the last minute and without really knowing when I would be able to show up. They helped me not only with the reservation but by letting me pay over the phone so I would be sure to have their last unit of the size I needed instead of gambling on the possiblity it would be available whenevee I got there. No other storage place would do that!

We completely forgot to get the keys on Saturday as office is closed on Sunday.But when we requested on Sunday early morning to get the paper work done and take the keys , they agreed . manager was very nice and friendly.

Received a new unit yesterday had to sign paperwork for me to clean the unit when I was done. When I went to the unit looked as if a car was stored in the unit a lot of dirt in the unit. Manager offered to sweep it out.

Facilty clean and pricing good. However reserved unit on spare foot but showed up on move in day and they had rented all the units left for what I had requested. Manager worked hard to work it out for me but was disappointed that "reservation" did not truly mean I had a unit reserved.

I would highly recommend StorageMart. When I checked in to do the initial set up, it was busy. Had to wait a few minutes but I was acknowledged, with apologies, soon after walking in the door. I don't mind waiting when it's clear that it's busy and I am not ignored. The unit is a good size, especially for the cost. The first month free helps too, gives some leeway in the budget. Great location and well maintained.

I searched long and hard for a storage unit and found this one, by far the best price out there and when I arrived I was pleased to find out the property manager lives on site and is there to help out anytime!! She is a super sweet lady too!

Absolutely amazing! No unexpected fees!

Went to a competitors storage place and it was soooo tight! We couldn't fit the moving truck we were driving in there, so we left and needed to find another place on short notice. We found storage mart through Google and started heading their way. We had the place reserved online before we even got there, and the employee at then office escorted us to the unit as soon as we got there. Great service and very clean and new storage units.

The manager is prompt and friendly, was very knowledgeable, and got me set up right away. The facility is clean, well lit, and no signs of rodents or water damage. I felt comfortable storing my items there.

I think you should be in contact with each other. Because one person told us one price on the phone when we got ther we had to pay a lot more then what was told us but we got anyway.
