Each on-line order process, regardless of company entails some level of frustration, wasted time and quite often, quitting the process altogether. The fact comes to mind that the system designers no longer know how to think as a first-time user. As an example, when the commit click results in no action, what is the reason? No note, no redline, no indication the password does not meet the criteria, no flag if you were seeking to move in earlier (in my case four days). It took four passes and two calls to finally receive a new link that worked. The company might consider bringing a few individuals without experience with your booking platform with the system personnel observing the points of difficulty/confusion. PS: In filling out the stars, the click does not affect the chosen star, the number appears on the next line. Also, the whole sign-up took over 40 minutes including the phone calls.
