Extra Space Storage - 3243 - Concord - Integra Dr

It was very easy to rent a storage space quickly when we needed to get going with packing for our move to our new home. Did it online and went to the storage area, used the code to get in, found our unit and the lock and key were right inside. We got 5x10 which sounds small but you can store a lot!

Offer 24 hour access with approval, just had an issue with getting in after hours but other than that, great place

Got a small unit. Price was the cheapest found online. But there is also an insurance price on top of the base price. Wish that was advised. Unit was clean and easy to get to.

Conveniently, located easy to get in and out friendly staff.

The folks at the Concord store with whom I interacted (Richard and Jen?) were so warm (even fun!) and simultaneously really professional--and efficient. All questions were answered and everything explained clearly. The integrity was palpable. The unit itself was easy to locate and was spotless and ready, and the overall facility feels incredibly secure. Consider me a grateful customer.

This was one of the most efficient and clean storage facilities I have seen. Customer service was great and I feel very comfortable leaving my belongings.

I just signed on and I'm confident it is what I need in space, choice to upgrade, drive through yard, security fence. It's clean and available whenever I need to access it. The prices are the best I've seen and the location is just right for me.

This is the best priced storage anywhere. Great service and great deal on truck rental to move in. I would highly recommend Uncle Bob's Storage. The only fault I was able to see was limited access, this is not a 24/7 facility.
