This is my first time renting a storage unit and I am very happy. The cost is great, the unit is spacious and clean, it is also easy to get to. The only “problem” (it’s not that much of an issue) I’ve had was the office being closed 2 days in a row. Currently the code I have to get onto the property is temporary until I can visit the office and make my stay official. Other than that it’s been great.

The facility is in a good location and doesn't suffer from being in the middle of the city which tends to drive prices up. Its well taken care of and very accessible. It's open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and if you think you need longer you can pay an extra $20 a month for 24-hour access.

Nice place, not exactly easy to get to, but that somehow makes me think of it as more secure. Parking and storage in one place. Easy to navigate, but it is difficult to make the turn and punch the code in to enter the gate. I feel the number pad could be better located. Good service if you get the younger girl, that works there. Overall a good place to store your stuff, security is good and access (ounce inside the main gate) is easy.

Prime storage facility in Derry NH is a clean well looked after establishment. I have never had a problem with the organization. Customer service has always treated me well. The facility is clean and I have never had any concerns with security. Over all I would recommend it if you have any storage needs.

We have a small driveway and no garage, so having this storage for our RV for the winter months has been wonderful. The office staff was informative, thorough, and professional in all our interactions with them. We have used this storage for several years and hope to continue in the future. Prime Storage is a great place!

I store items here mainly because it is climate controlled in addition to good location, cleanliness. The price goes up every year which Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m unhappy about and 3 times Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been unable to access/ unlock the door closest to my unit due to someone leaving the switch in the wrong position. That was aggravating.

I have found that any questions or concerns I may have are taken care of promptly I do like the fact that the facility is clean and well maintained Cost for the units have not increased that much and are only due to electricity or heating costs rising as a whole as I have climate controlled units I would recommend prime storage as an option for any one looking for a storage unit...

Rarely go on there. Staff has always been fantastic and always clean and feels safe. Less than one year in and they already raised my rates.. and they go up occasionally not just a small hike annually which would be my only cause to leave.
