Walked in to office they gave me my number to drive in the gates for further use. even drove me to my locker and showed me hot to lock it properly. Lick included. Value for price and great customer service.

Clean storage, people friendly, affordable, easy Access

I am so grateful to Wendy,Associate Manager at Life Storage in Lee, NH. She is professional, friendly, a good problem-solver, and extremely helpful! I had complicated storage needs, consolidating things from several moves in three different months, which ended up requiring several climate controlled spaces. I don't know anyone who likes the hard work of moving, but Wendy definitely made this difficult process smoother. Her coworker, Jim, was also very helpful and friendly! Outstanding customer service is a hallmark of this facility, where they respond promptly whether you ask a question or make a reservation (Matt, the manager, is also friendly and informative). They excel at providing clear information, and worked with me to figure out which units would best suit my needs. The Climate Controlled building where my "life" is stored is clean, new, rodent-free (important!), and the nicest storage facility I have seen. Security cameras offer extra reassurance, building hours are convenient, the grounds are well kept, the gate and door codes work well, and the other clients I've encountered all seem happy with their spaces. Highly recommend!

Planning to drop off several items and feel this is the best option in the area as I plan my move there.

The person I think Wendy was her name, she was super friendly. I forgot you had to have mandatory insurance on your storage unit. I also was not aware of the one time set up fee of $25. I also paid 17 dollars for a lock I can't keep. Im not thrilled with the price after having to add insurance. I'm happy knowing theres a secure entrance amd cameras.

Firstly, I had never rented a storage unit before this. I had no idea what I could be in for. Secondly, I am not the type of person who can handle 100% online transactions. I enjoy having a conversation about what's going on, what I'm actually purchasing, and if a deal benefits myself as well as the provider. Thirdly, I believe first impressions are everything. All of my worries were washed away when I found life storage in Lee, NH. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for, but I received a phone call within 15 minutes of making a reservation to discuss my needs and expectations of this facility. I showed up and was relieved at the availability of parking outside of the office/property. When i went into the office and introduced myself, Wendy said she had been expecting me and was extremely helpful in answering last minute questions I had, and making me feel confident and comfortable in deciding to rent a space in their facility. The customer service I not only received, but also witnessed was beyond my expectations. Thanks to Wendy for making what should have been a banal task, a surprisingly comfortable and genuinely good experience.

This is our first storage unit rental and I was very pleased with everything. The gentleman that checked us in was extremely pleasant, helpful and willing to answer all of our questions and we had a lot. The unit was empty and very clean. Would highly recommend Life Storage to anyone that needs a storage unit. Thank you.
