Going on-line to make a reservation for a 10 X 10 ft storage unit was super easy. Filling out the reservation forms and talking with a facilitator was very simple as well. Everyone I've talked with has been pleasant and helpful. I was able to get the access gate password, and my storage unit is on the outside, drive up convenient. the monthly rate is reasonable and I made arrangements for monthly payments, through my bank account.

Very clean. I don't like the fact that my code to get I to the gate doesn't work. I have had plenty of storage units but none that had a delay on entry codes. Thankful for temporary code but upset that it wasn't provided when I paid and signed lease

Only issues were no sign out front. Couldn't find it right away. No on-site office. Other than that it gets high marks. Well lit and clean. Easy to get around with a trailer.
