What a great space for the price. I just wish they allowed me to sign a contract for more than month to month to lock in a price because I'm not going to be happy if it goes up immediately or if it goes up at all.

Duane helped me through a string of mishaps until I was finally able to make it up there - at the very last minute! - and get my stuff locked up safe and sound. The place looks very secure, well kept, well lit, clean, and honestly, the customer service couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be better!! So very polite and helpful and every question was answered fully and with a great big smile. Top notch staff and facility!

Due to my hectic work routine I had to reschedule multiple times. Duane worked with me every step of the way and even though I got there at literally the last minute, he got me checked in, showed me the unit, waited for me to get my move done. The nicest guy, with a nice clean & tidy facility. I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be more comfortable or feel more secure!

Very secure and well managed. Gate and access to storage units was very convenient.

Only needed a small unit the pricing was half what other places were, very pleased…

Clean new facility!

Fast and good and cheap

The hallways are narrow, and the entry is small. But the place is clean and easy.

Only 2 concerns: 1. The staff person had no understanding about an accessible unit. She used the unacceptable response that PS is renting the facility and didn't build it. Accessible units are required under both the Americans with Disabilities Act and the NH State Building Code. 2. I bought the large round PS padlock and was very clear in telling her that I needed to make more keys. After going to 4 different stores I went back to the PS office. A different person was in the office who told me that keys to that lock cannot be duplicated. I was given a credit on my account but I really didn't appreciate all the time and gas and wasted energy in search of a locksmith that could make keys.
