I have never rented a storage unit before, and didn't really know how to go about the process. The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly, personable, and more than happy to answer any questions that I had. She was very thorough and going through the paperwork and the entire process was smooth and easy. The facility itself is very clean, organized, and well run. Moving can be stressful, but my very positive experience at spare foot took a weight off of my shoulders and made things so much easier! I highly recommend this facility and will continue to be a customer in the future.
