Fast efficient customer service and exact space I needed. However, the nationwide service center SUCKS. Phone reps with very thick accents that have a hard time understanding RV parking spot requirements. The national service line reserved me a parallel parking spot. The service rep at the location straightened it out and got me an appropriate back in spot.

We have been renting for 3 months now, find the staff excellent and very helpful. Use a unit for sheltered vehicle storage, very good decision. Facility is open when we need it, and the units are well maintained.

The facility is clean, safe, staffed with friendly folks, and easy to access. We are using it b/c of the great location 2 miles from the MHT airport. We are using it to store vehicle while traveling. The only thing to suggest is that some of the garage doors could be better maintained to roll up tighter and fully, they are getting worn out.
