Good and clean and ready gate worked

The lady working the counter was amazing. When I got there the unit I had rented was not possible to use. Due to a lip that my car could not get up on. So she promptly got me a unit I could use. It was all very fast and an easy process.

Signing up was an issue had to go to facility to actually get signed up. Staff was extremely helpful.

Simple and easy to access. I like having the ability to use an app to open gate.

All was smooth, a little pricier than others but large unit with easy drive up access. Just needed a code and the lock was already there, no contact necessary. Very smooth process.

Move in was easy. But the units could definitely be cleaner. There was some left over residue on the floor and the door seems a little old.

Awesome place and great service! Definitely would recommend it for anyone who needs extra space for storage!

This is my 2nd time renting their storage units. Easy process, friendly people and reasonable prices. Had exactly the size unit I needed available. Will continue to use Public Storage when I need a place to store things whether short term or long term.

As I have already stated, the young woman who represents your location on South Willow St., was not only very helpful in processing the necessary steps to enroll me to store at your location. She was gracious and very pleasant. She helped me to understand the need for the questions and paperwork generated to document this transaction and the operational procedures. She deserves a raise.

I signed up online for what I thought was a deal for $79 versus their typical price of $84. When I came in to get my storage unit, the price was noted as a regular price of $79, I did not see any $84 marked anywhere. I was not told Online or on the phone while signing up that there would be an insurance fee that was mandatory. I also had a combination lock and asked the gentleman if that was appropriate and he said it was, the next day when I went back, two new ladies were working and said that lock would not work and made us purchase one of their locks. I'm a little disappointed by the lack of communication and consistency between what the employees tell each other and their customers.

The facility is well maintained. The staff have been friendly and polite. With all the snow that has been falling they have done a good job keeping the main drives clear. I just wish I didn't have to shovel out my storage unit's door every time I go after a storm.

I moved my belongings into my storage last July. The manager processed my storage unit and was very personable (which is hard to find now-a-days). Since then I have run into some financial hardship but have somehow managed to keep making payments in time to retain my unit and belongings. During this both employees I have dealt with have been courteous and helpful as well as understanding. The price is slightly high compared to other local storage units. And the gates lock at 9 which, for my personal schedule, is quite a pain. But overall it's been a pretty pain free experience.

Todate my experience with public storage has been favorable, I would recommend them to my friends.

Have found the services to be great, very clean units. $1.00 for first month can not be beat.
