everything went smooth but on website the unit im renting was listed at a 50 percent discount. i was charged full price. not the end of the world.

Found the storage facility convenient and very secure. Like the drive up and unload very much. Space was more than adequate. Able to move around and sort things very easily. A bit more pricy than other places. But very secure.

Nice clean facility. Well maintained. Only issue is lack of fencing on north side.

So far it's been an easy experience working with this site and company. Securing a unit took less than 10 minutes and I was moving things in 30 minutes later. When I have questions, I just call the 800# and get courteous service from the reps. Will definitely reccomend to any who ask.

Move-in was really easy once you figure out the kiosk. The lock dispenser was not operating properly so we went to the hardware store and spent 1/2 the money on a lock. The convenience of having the lock available there would have been worth the extra $ but at least there was an option right across the street.

I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t able to complete my rental on the in person computer, as it would freeze when it got to the, look at the camera step. I called the number and got a very nice lady who was able to complete the process over the phone. There was also some kind of puke looking stain on the floor of the storage unit. Other then those couple issues so far Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m happy with the storage facility.

We used an online special and got basically one month for free when our old storage increased the price on us. Move-in was pretty simple. I like that you can do everything online. When we get there to move in, our unit is in the shady part and in between the units hadnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t been plowed from the fresh snow. Had to shovel 3-4 inches out of front of unit.

Everything is as good as I expected, I only have one small issue. I store my motorcycle there and when I take it out on weekends I need a place to park my vehicle and it won't fit in the unit which is supposed to be 10 × 20 and it's 10 × 19 my vehicle is 19'3" long. I was just curious to know if there is any place to leave my vehicle when I take the motorcycle out?
