as I was sorting through my storage needs, Sam and Candace helped me immensely even though I changed my mind to upgrade mid-registration. The interpersonal relations by these two enhanced my rental. The facility is neat and secure allowing me to rest assured while I am out of state with my belongings there. Thanks!!

Public Storage is a clean, and accommodating facility. Customer service is great and they always manage to find me something when I need it. Highly recommend!

There are things that could be done to improve the facility, like fixing the bathrooms, and I would prefer to use the access code without having to exit my car, but those are minor concerns against the value of the facility. Overall it is very satisfactory, especially for the price.

My husband and I have rented storage units from Uhaul, Extra Space, and now Public Storage and by far this one is the best. Uhaul was climate controlled, but there were leaks in the ceiling that caused some weird water damage to our stuff. Extra Space was an outside unit and the rates kept going sky high, while the dust and spiders in our stuff did too... Paying about the same now at Public Storage and its worlds better. Clean facility, climate controlled, very friendly and helpful staff, and a perfect location for us. The only thing I would change is extend the hours past 9pm, but aside from that I highly recommend this facility.

Extremely clean, well lighted and reasonable temperature for a storage unit

I was very happy with the customer service but have found the back entrance door wide open every time I've been there (3 times so far). Don't think that keeps the units secure or climate controlled. Something needs to be done to fix the door so it operates properly.

I just got my storage unit a month ago, no issues so far. Pretty easy transition.

You claim to maintain HVAC within certain boundaries but the third floor storage does not enjoy that level of control. I was told there was maintenance done on the associated HVAC units but each subsequent visit did not revel a changed condition. I am concerned with the condition of my items once pulled from storage.
