Place was clean,easy to get to,easily located my unit BUT I had MAJOR ISSUES with the lock porvided!! went to voicemail. And were never returned. This was NOT something to be fixed with the app! It needed a live person, who according to the website is on duty daily.NOT !!

I was very upset going to my storage this week and getting suck in the melting snow and slush. The driveway into the gate and the entire outdoor of the facility. Even with 4-wheel drive we were getting stuck and sliding. How to you expect people to use the storage they are paying for if you don't plow for access? It hasn't snowed in over a week and we still can't get in and out
