Had a storage unit there 3 times

Young man greeted me at the door with a warm and friendly smile. He was efficient and fast and answered all my questions without hesitation. It was easy to reserve online and did all the paperwork online before arriving to save time. They have many size units to fit all needs. Convenient to buy the lock right there. Overall excellent service!!!

The girls running facility made me feel as if family

I've had this unit for not quite two years and have had two decent price increases, about $50 total I believe. Seems steep considering it's not climate controlled. Not sure how these increases were determined.

Excellent people to work with.

Have had a couple of incidents in the last few years, one night got stuck inside the gate after going in, gate wouldn't let me out. Had to call the police as the number on the sign only gave me an answering machine. Plus they raise the rates almost every year. We have to shovel out the door after the plus in the winter if we want/ need in.

The facility is showing its age and the grounds are not maintained. The doors and door hardware are run down

company appears to have lax maintenance

Location near my house is convenient. Five minutes away.

1. Can't get them to send me a monthly bill 2. Dramatic annual rent increases 3. The roof leaked and damaged some of our belongings. 4. Doors very difficult to open and close

This facility has on site personnel which is important to me.

The office staff has been very professional and helped ful and has met all my needs! The entrance which was not level and had a super large puddle has been worked on which is great!

Very convenient, very clean and very secure. They kept it plowed out in the winter for easy access which is a huge plus. The only negative is the online billing, I find it very confusing.

After a few attempts at getting invoices, still nothing. Just remember to pay on time, outside of that great facility.

Just beside my statement saying if is a great facility will certainly search for another storage because of the price much to high. Being a veteran have to search something cheaper. Must also say that the person in charge has great customer service to show

This is my first time renting a storage unit. I fit so much stuff in the 5X10, I couldn't believe it! I compared prices, and Eliot Storage was the best. It is very conveniently located and easy to find and Melanie in the front office was fun and very helpful!
