From the time I first spoke with the manager, Rhee, to the next phone call w/Maria, EVERYONE AND EVERYTING connected with this storage facility was above average. The easy access no key app is GENIOUS (this is about the 3rd time I've said it, but I can't help it, it IS!!) The owners of this storage facility should be extremely proud to have these two individuals representing them. As a company owner myself, I know how hard it is to find people who represent not only your company, but themselves in a professional and helpful manner. These two are gold!! Would HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone without any reservation, and plan on doing just that!!

The sign-up process was convenient and someone followed up with me right away to complete it. It was all very easy. The facility is clean, easy to access, and convenient. Access via bluetooth is a lot easier than remembering a passcode and fumbling around with keys. Overall a good experience and a reasonable price.

I have rented from various companies because I move around often. Customer Service is the best by far, very attentive, professional, friendly and their replies response come immediately which is impressive nowadays. Video Cameras and Sprinklers focuses on virtually every inch of every space so your items are better protected than any other storage facility. Conveniently located off the highway and more convenient hours of operation compared to other companies. The temperature control for the indoor units truly define "temperature control" unlike other companies that feel very cold in NH.

Using the app, entry was a breeze. There were plenty of hand trucks for moving things in. It was very clean, bright, and the digital access eliminated fumbling with a key and lock. Texting for support brings an immediate response, and the rates are very competitive. I'd give it an A.

We were in need of a rental truck and a long term storage area. We started the process online which was actually going well but I needed to ask the storage facility a question directly. When we spoke to Jenn she was WONDERFUL! After telling her about our issues, she took the time to find us MUCH better options at much better prices than we found online! Then upon arriving we realized we needed a larger unit and she resolved that as well! Jenn was friendly, knowledgeable and professional! We will call her for ALL of our UHAUL needs, even those outside our area! Her supervisor Staci was also wonderful! The building was very clean and the temperature control was perfect. We were thankful for the flat bed dolly use as well. Instructions for entering could be a little clearer. I also am not sure about wi-fi there but someone mentioned it. All in all, the move in went well!

I signed up using the keyosk. The pin pad is way too low. It was hard to get the right keys. There needs to be some notice on the screen that you get an email to download an app to get in/out of the unit. The technology is great. Just need a little more info if youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re using the keyosk and not speaking to a person.

I was honestly quite excited about this storage unit walking in. They had electronic locks on both the units and the main entrance that connected right to my phone to get in. No key locks needed! Everything was very clean and very cool temperature throughout. Nice lady at the front directed us to where our unit was and it was very easy to find.
