I leased a unit on a firday. Went back to put my on lock on it, to only to foud out tat somebody took my unit. I paid a whole month, never saw a refund from the unused park that was never used. As far as I'm concerned, double billing is illegal. But leason learned. I have let everyone know not to use the storage. I'm a disabled vet, so sometimes it's hard to come back when I need too.

When reserving the unit was informed there were gates for security. When arrived no gate and was curious why was given gate code to get on when we have drive up storage? Disappointed that there was not security expected with this rental. What is your security?

My sister and brother-law drove to KO for me but unfortunately, they got there after closing. From what they were able to gather, looks like I made a really good choice, sight unseen from Panama. They said it was conveniently located from where we are relocating to in New Ipswich. It looks great, and after speaking with a customer there that they met near the entrance, they say it is modern and clean.
